ALPHA-PIR Panel

ALPHA-PIR panel consists of a formaldehyde-free, CFC-free, fiber-free, high-performance rigid thermoset Polyisocyanurate foam core faced on both sides with an extremely durable, protective, low vapor permeability 80 or 200 micron aluminium foil.

Availability: 20 mm & 30 mm thickness (Standard size: 4000 mm x 1200 mm)
Color: White foam core with silver facings
Thermal Conductivity: 0.022 W/m.K
Density: Standard 42–48 kg/m³ (50–55 kg/m³ upon request)
Fire Properties: Class 0 (BS 476 pts 6&7), Class A (ASTM E 84, UL 723, NFPA 255/101)

Reinforced Phenolic

ALPHA-PF-PLUS panel consists of a CFC-free, fiber-free, high-performance rigid thermoset Phenolic foam core faced on both sides with an 18 micron aluminium foil reinforced with a glass scrim for maximum structural strength.

Color: Orange foam core with silver facings
Thermal Conductivity: 0.024 W/m.K
Density: Standard 55–60 kg/m³ (50–55 kg/m³ upon request)
